EMERGENCY STATEMENT

If a client requires immediate medical attention, the client's physician or primary caregiver will be called.   The client will then be transported to St. Francis West Hospital while accompanied by the director or staff member who will stay with the client until a relative or primary caregiver arrives at the hospital.   If the client's doctor cannot be reached, the emergency room doctor will examine the client.
