Pre Plus at Kapolei Elementary School

The Seagull School Pre Plus Facility at Kapolei Elementary School provides a high quality first school experience that meets the needs of working parents.

The school is located in a separate new classroom with its own playground at Kapolei Elementary school and adheres to the same high standards established for each of the other Seagull Schools. The school is licensed for 30 children aged 3 - 5 years and is open all year round from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. except for regular holidays, two staff training days, and a week at Christmas.

All children must live in the Kapolei Elementary school district and are admitted for enrollment by the earliest date of application. All children regardless of family income will be accepted for enrollment. However, children from low income families will be given preference.
